    5 Star Service - I came across BT joinery on Instagram while in search of a joiner. I had no recommendation but from first interaction I was impressed and they are very responsive to emails, usually back within 24hours. I'm not the most creative but Shane helped me to pull together my ideas. He didn't need much direction which for me was great (that said if you were someone who had a very clear idea on what the finished product would look like I can't imagine that being an issue). We dealt mainly over email and booked in the installation dates. They have a lead in time like many do but they stuck to the dates agreed, in fact were available to make a start a day early. Installation was great - Jay and Mark are very professional and tidy with their work. We had a tv/media unit with bar, kitchen pantry press and hallway unit made and the quality is fantastic. Overall it was a stress free process and we are making our list of the next items we will be asking them to make. Thanks BT Joinery - we love our new bespoke furniture.
